In 2018, the number of welding training projects decreased significantly compared to previous years. However, in the first months of 2019, training projects were continuously implemented, including short-term and long-term projects such as: Welding training for Colavi Company, 189, Vinalift, Agrimeco, Tam Long, Metal Plate and some other projects that have been planned and are waiting to be implemented.
Among the above projects, the most typical is the Training Project for Vinalift, Tam Long and Metal Plate.
Vinalift is a regular customer of Phateco every year. But this is the first project that Vinalift requires training in TIG welding with Carbon steel and white steel according to ASME Standards. TIG welding is a difficult welding method, requiring welders to have high skills and concentration. However, in the training process, because welders learn and work at the same time, welding teachers must arrange flexible schedules, concise and easy-to-understand lectures for students to easily grasp.
At the same time, the Training Project for 02 customers, Tam Long Company and Kim Lep To Company, was also deployed from the beginning of March 2019 and is currently still in the process of implementation. These are all new customers of Phateco. These two projects require training in many different welding positions, welding methods, and welding materials according to AWS D1.1 Standard. Welders all come from unskilled labor, without skills and experience, so the instructor must have a training method that is easy for students to understand, and must always accompany students during the welding process to point out errors for students.
After a period of training, students of the training courses have grasped basic knowledge, improved according to requirements and improved welding every day. Customers highly appreciate the professionalism and training quality of PHATECO. Along with the marketing program to find more customers proposed by the Company’s Board of Directors as well as the CNH Department, it is hoped that in the coming time, the CNH Department will have more customers and new projects, ensuring jobs and income, as well as improving the qualifications and experience of PHATECO’s welding training staff.
