Add a project “Construction project management consulting”

On September 1, 2014, PHATECO officially signed a contract with Vietnam Investment Design and Construction Joint Stock Company (VIDEC) for the package “Project management consultancy & construction supervision consultancy” for Unit B Building – High-rise apartment project for sale to officers and soldiers of the Institute of Criminal Science – Ministry of Public Security (No. 283 Khuong Trung, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).

Following the contract for the Unit A Building that PHATECO is implementing, the Unit B contract is the clearest evidence affirming PHATECO’s capacity as well as the trust of Customers in PHATECO’s Management Consulting and Supervision Consulting services.

Unit B Building is 23 floors high, excluding the basement and technical floors, and is a project implemented on the basis of coordination between the Institute of Criminal Science and the Housing and Land Management Board under the General Department of Technical Logistics of the Ministry of Public Security.

The project is expected to be completed after 20 months from the date of signing the contract.
