Completed survey project of Dai Hung 01, Dai Hung 02, Dai Hung Calm

Dai Hung is the only semi-submersible rig in Vietnam exploiting crude oil and associated gas located in the Nam Con Son basin, 265km southeast of Vung Tau City and is a forward position at sea in Vietnam. There are rigs DH01, DH02, and the Calm buoy connected to the FSO Dai Hung Queen. Dai Hung is also the rig that determines the oil and gas production of the Domestic Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Operating Company (PVEP-POC) under the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP).

During the period from June 1 to June 12, 2016, the survey team of PHATECO Vung Tau completed the survey of the structure, painting, inclination measurement and positioning for the 5-year period for the WHP-DH2 rig, the annual survey for FPU-DH01 and Dai Hung Calm (Phao Calm).

Although the weather was extremely harsh, traveling and moving between rigs was difficult. However, with a sense of responsibility and determination, the survey team completed the work on schedule, safely and was highly appreciated by customers for the quality of the company’s services.
