RECRUITMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL STAFF

1. Position: Technical staff (Survey, quality assessment, non-destructive testing)

2. Number: 10 (regular recruitment)

3. Working location: Factories, construction sites, ships, drilling rigs, projects nationwide, by working area:

– Southern region: Saigon, Vung Tau.

– Central region: Thanh Hoa, Quang Ngai.

– Northern region: Hai Phong, Hanoi, Quang Ninh

4. Income level:

– Fixed salary: 7 to 10 million VND (depending on capacity and experience) with salary regardless of waiting time.

– Project salary: 3 to 12 million.

– Total income: 10 to 22 million (Depending on qualifications, experience, professional certificates, ability to take on and take initiative in work

5. Requirements:

– Gender: Male

– Good health to work on projects and factories in different areas.

– Mechanical and electrical qualifications: Intermediate, Vocational College, University graduate, etc.

– Having NDT Level 1, Level 2 professional certificates and NDT experience will have the opportunity to earn higher income

6. Preferential regime:

– Enjoying regimes according to the Law: Types of insurance, health care.

– Salary and bonus regime according to regulations: 13th month salary, performance bonus, productivity, etc.

– Being trained in vocational training and advanced training in non-destructive testing, corrosion survey of ship structures, oil and gas projects, etc. (NDT ASNT/ ISO 9712 Level 1, 2, API Inspectors, Welding Inspector (CWI, CSWIP)

– Support for self-improvement courses: English, Improve productivity X3, Lead yourself, …. organized by the Company’s training partners.

7. Required documents:

– CV certified by the competent authority.

– Health certificate from a hospital at District or County level or higher.
