Successfully organized the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On the morning of April 2, 2019, at PHATECO headquarters in Hai Phong, PHATECO Technical Services Joint Stock Company held the 2019 annual shareholders’ meeting to review the results of the past year’s operations as well as to set out the direction of upcoming operations.

The meeting started at 8:30 a.m. with the participation of 24/28 shareholders owning over 69% of the total number of voting shares of PHATECO.

The Congress approved all reports prepared by the Board of Directors, Board of Management, and Board of Supervisors, including the main contents: business performance results, profit sharing plan, fund allocation, remuneration for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2018 and directions and plans for 2019…

The Congress also received many opinions and contributions from shareholders in the Company’s business operations such as: Measures to overcome difficulties and shortcomings in marketing, customer care, job search, debt collection, collective activities in the Company… as well as comments on the revenue plan and dividend distribution in 2019, remuneration for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors.

Mr. Trinh Van Ngu – Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Company also had very close and sincere answers, discussions and sharing with shareholders to come up with the most suitable solutions and orientations to develop PHATECO in the coming time, along with the responsibility of preserving capital and ensuring profits for shareholders.
