• Delivering training and transferring specialized NDT technology.

PNIC (Certification Center of Nondestructive Testing and Inspection) was established by PHATECO Technical Services Joint Stock Company, operating and managing the NDT vocational skills certification system according to the PNIC 9712 Certification Program, recognized in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024 and ISO 9712 by the Bureau of Accreditation (BOA) of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam.
